Fine pool area, clean rooms, central location to beach
Small and cramped room sizes need attention!!! Noise levels from other guests were bothersome. Lack of coffee and kettle in rooms made mornings inconvenient. Limited parking options were a headache. Poor internet connectivity did not help either!!!

Friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Rooms were comfortable as for me. The location was great, with La Pinede nearby, where I could eat. I liked the pool...

Stayed at the Juan Beach Hotel for 10 lovely days & nights in June with my wife and 10-year-old daughter who's a swimmer. The good-sized pool was clean and well maintained, with perfect water temperature. Room 105 was large enough for 3 of us. The bathroom was renovated and functional. The hotel has a great location: just a 2 minute walk to down town Juan Les Pins, and 10 more minutes to railway station, The staff (especially Dani & Rashid) were so friendly that we'll definitely will be back. We miss you already, folks... See you at the pool bar!
The corridoor carpets were a little worn out but clean. The exterior walls need some paint. But those are minor issues in an otherwise lovely hotel.

The lovely little beach within walking distance provided the perfect escape, while the friendly staff arranged dinner reservations at the best local spots. The vibrant atmosphere around the pool was an added bonus.

Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating and speak fluent English. Perfectly located hotel for nightlife and beach. Only 25 minutes to Nice by train for good shopping.
in need of some refurbishment and updating. We note this is in fact planned to take place towards the end of this year 2011.

Both a hit and a miss
The pool area is fantastic, complemented by friendly staff who accommodate requests. The freshly refurbished rooms exude modernity.
Sadly, noise can seep in from other rooms which detracts from relaxation. Plus, limited parking could make arrivals a bit hectic.

We had the comfort double room and it was a nice size with a balcony. The location was ideal close to everything and the staff here was especially helpful and responsive...

I got double room for 3 nights, loved it. It was bright and easy to move around, private bathroom. The staff were incredibly kind, and the services were excellent. This accommodation had a very central setting to beautiful beach. Plage Gallice was 400 metres from the hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach. Our prestige room was clean, bright, and had a charming terrace with sea views. Breakfast by the heated pool was a treat with a great selection of fresh pastries.

The Staff at the Juan beach were absolutely wonderful and all the other guests we met at the Hotel thought so too. The Pool and Bar areas were really attractive and we really enjoyed our 10 days stay. We would definitely return to this friendly and comfortable hotel.
Car parking could be a problem sometimes but next time maybe we wouldn't bother to use a car as most of the amenities we needed were a short walk away.

loved the location, the swimming pool and the outdoor lounge room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The carpets in the whole Hotel were outrageously smelly, old, and worn. The room also was in a very poor condition, no fridge, the beds were old and smelt terrible, the wifi worked only in the outdoor lounge area and not in the room.

The pool area is a real highlight, perfectly maintained with comfortable loungers and an inviting atmosphere to unwind after a day of beach exploration. The location is key too, just a short 10-minute walk to the charming old town of Antibes with its narrow lanes and eateries.
While the Prestige Room looked appealing, it was oddly arranged and cramped for a couple's getaway. Unfortunately, the absence of a kettle for coffee made those early mornings a bit less pleasant, coupled with the noise from adjacent rooms disrupting the peace. The parking situation was a hassle, and the Wi-Fi struggled to keep up in most areas of the hotel. The breakfast options felt limited given the high price, leaving me hoping for a better variety .

Staff were lovely. The hotel is nice and small with a pool which is unusual for the area. As beaches were quite busy, the pool was very welcome.
Even though the price was reasonable for the area, it was still a lot for the standard of the hotel.
